Harga pengeluar di Singapura menurun untuk bulan kesepuluh berturut-turut pada bulan November, sebagian besar disebabkan oleh penurunan tajam dalam indeks minyak, menurut data dari Jabatan Statistik yang dikeluarkan pada hari Jumaat.
